We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Color, texture, or feel expectations

  • Opened, used, washed, or tampered products

Eligible returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • Approval is subject to verification

How to request

To raise a request:

  • Email us at support@youwe.in with subject “You We Product Return”

  • Include order number and clear images/videos of the issue in the mail body

  • Our team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe

Resolution

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
