We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of preference or mind
Color, texture, or feel expectations
Opened, used, washed, or tampered products
Eligible returns
A return or replacement may be approved only if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused and in original packaging
Approval is subject to verification
How to request
To raise a request:
Email us at support@youwe.in with subject “You We Product Return”
Include order number and clear images/videos of the issue in the mail body
Our team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
Resolution
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
